I have been a full-time licensed REALTOR® since January of 1991. I am a past Director and Treasurer of our local Real Estate Division, and a member of the "Professional Conduct Committee" at The Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board for 12 years now.
I am a member of the Medallion Club – this membership only takes the top 7% to 10% of over 9000 REALTORS® of The Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board, plus I'm a member of the RE/MAX 100% Club and the RE/MAX HALL OF FAME!
In other words…I believe my qualifications, expertise and experience can help you achieve your real estate needs. I am constantly upgrading my real estate knowledge and education with a minimum of one course per month. This gives me the opportunity to provide the most up-to-date real estate information and marketing plan for my clients. You can also be assured that I will be providing you with the most up to date technology in order to give you the real estate service you deserve. I very much enjoy specializing in the resale of residential real estate and having the opportunity to work from "sign" up to "sign" down! I look forward to working with you and becoming your REALTOR!
Personal
Some personal information about myself – I am married and have three grown children. I enjoy boating, playing softball, cheering for the Red Sox, and golfing the many lovely courses
throughout the Lower Mainland. The most recent addition to my family is "Fenway", a Portuguese Water Dog, that loves those long walks along the river and dykes in Ridge Meadows.
I also believe in being a participant in my community! I have been involved in Pitt Meadows Day celebrations (the first Saturday in June), Ridge Meadows Summer Games, Board of Directors for The Asante Centre and now I sit as a Commissioner for Ridge Meadows Park & Recreation representing the residents of Pitt Meadows. I feel very blessed to be able to work, live and participate in such a wonderful community.
